I just ran an Etre Report in hopes that someone can give me direction here. I have tried rebuilding my library and various other minor things to debug this issue with no avail. Now, all Office suite programs launch terribly slow and my memory is consistently at 88% or higher with NO apps or programs launched. About 3 months ago, I went to launch Word and it took 66 seconds to launch versus the previously normal 10 seconds or so.
